Naked White Cheese Company is a White Stilton producer based in the village of Cropwell Bishop, Nottinghamshire. It has been closely linked with the Bradburys business for many years. In 2014, Bradburys acquired Shirevale and brought it into the Bradburys group. In 2022, Shirevale has been rebranded to Naked White Cheese Company.

Naked White Cheese Company is different to other Stilton makers, as they don’t make any blue cheese on their site. So the cheese made at NWCC has a cleaner, fresher taste than most of it’s rivals. This allows NWCC's Stilton to blended with fruit to create a range of fantastic tasting cheeses.

Located in the village of Cropwell Bishop in the lush green pastures of the Vale of Belvoir, the Naked White Cheese Co. is a micro dairy producing arguably finest quality white crumbly cheese in the world.

With over 20 years' cheesemaking experience, the dedicated makers have combined their expertise and experience creating and delivering the cleanest, purist and freshest creamy white handmade cheese.
